LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (LAX)

TEMPORARY SOUTH COMPLEX RUNWAY 25R/7L CLOSURE

November 5 & 6, 2020

12:30 AM to 6:30 AM

 

LAX will temporarily close the south inboard runway (25R/7L) to perform maintenance on Thursday and Friday, November 5th and 6th from 12:30 AM to 6:30 AM.

 

Persons living near LAX may notice a change in aircraft flight activity and noise during this temporary runway closure. When the south inboard runway (25R/7L) temporarily closes during this timeframe, more aircraft are expected to use the south outboard runway (25L/7R) for departure operations.  

 

The FAA plans to continue conducting Over-Ocean Operations at LAX between 12 AM and 6:30 AM during this closure if weather and other operational conditions permit.
